Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the EasySaasify platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), published by EasySaasify. The Platform enables digital project creators to add SaaS features (authentication, payments, dashboard) to their existing tools.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
3. Registration and Account
To use the Platform, you must create an account providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Description of Service
EasySaasify provides a turnkey SaaS infrastructure including: end-user authentication, subscription and payment management via Stripe Connect, a performance tracking dashboard, and an integration SDK. The service operates on a commission model based on successful transactions.
5. User Obligations
By using the Platform, you agree to: not use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms; respect the intellectual property rights of third parties; not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Platform; provide accurate information during registration and project configuration; comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Pricing and Payments
Use of the Platform is free. EasySaasify charges a commission on each successful transaction made through the Platform. Applicable commission rates are displayed on the pricing page and may be subject to promotional offers. Payments are managed by Stripe. By using the service, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
7. Intellectual Property
EasySaasify retains all intellectual property rights over the Platform, the SDK, the documentation, and all associated content. Use of the Platform does not grant you any intellectual property rights over these elements. You retain all rights to your own tools and content integrated via the Platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". EasySaasify does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, EasySaasify shall not be liable for indirect damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. EasySaasify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these Terms, without prior notice or compensation.
10. Changes to Terms
EasySaasify reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any substantial changes. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
