We collect the following data: identification data (name, email address) during registration; connection data (login logs, IP address); payment data processed by Stripe (we do not store your banking information); Platform usage data (projects created, usage statistics); end-user data from your projects (email, subscription status).

3. Processing Purposes

Your data is collected for: managing your account and access to the Platform; processing payments and billing; improving our services and user experience; service-related communications (notifications, updates); meeting our legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your data is based on: the performance of the contract between us (Terms of Service); your consent for certain communications; our legitimate interest in improving our services; compliance with our legal obligations.

5. Data Sharing

We may share your data with: Stripe, for payment processing (subject to their own privacy policy); Supabase, for database hosting; Cloudflare, for service security and performance. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for the duration of your use of the Platform, then for a period in compliance with applicable legal obligations (generally 3 years after the end of the contractual relationship). Payment data is retained in accordance with legal accounting retention obligations.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access to your personal data; right to rectification; right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"); right to restriction of processing; right to data portability; right to object to processing. The Platform uses strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the service (authentication, language preferences). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Communications are encrypted via HTTPS and sensitive data is encrypted at rest.

10. International Transfers

Some data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union (notably the United States for Stripe and Cloudflare). These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Any substantial changes will be notified to users. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this document.
